Also (looking at both codeblocks) you still have some 80mg/st in there, way way to high for a standard turbo. I would keep the cars original torque and smoke limits below about 1800 rpm if I were you, it will save vibration when you are at low revs in high gears and save your clutch/flywheel too. Do you really want to increase your power at much below 2000rpm? Don't know about you but I tend to drive at 2000-3500 for fairly fast driving and rarely use 4500rpm+. You can keep fuel consumption good and keep smoke down in normal driving if you do this. Above about 4200rpm I would start to taper off too, the ASZ turbo is too small to supply enough air (safely for its own good) at very high rpm. I would also consider lowering values for lower atmospheric pressure to avoid overspeeding the turbo as the air is less dense at lower pressure and the turbo will spin faster to make the same boost. Torque limiter should be your first stop for this then the target boost and boost pressure limiter.
Why the 80mg/st spike on the torque limiter at 2247 rpm (codeblock 5)
One final thing, you have activated multi-smoke limiters. By doing this you have created 6 smoke maps when your original cars only had 2 (codeblock 2 & 5). I would go back and start with a fresh file, smoke limiters not activated until you have practised a bit? Multismoke limiters can be used to good effect if you wish to restrict your cars power output at very cold engine temperatures but are not much use otherwise.......
P.S I did say only add a degree or too to your duration maps, you will KILL your engine and it will knock like a **** with 45degrees duration!!! Go back to standard and make very small changes at a time. Can you post your original file by the way? Look for a PD 160 ibiza file and look at what SEAT did to get there, you can go just a little more than they did but not really too much. Your car is not going to make much above 180 bhp with its standard turbo, whatever you do to your files. Vagedsuite will only show calculated power not actual if your hardware is still standard.... :)
Seriously, Thanks for all your help!
I have managed to get hold of a 160Tdi original map, so I am now verifying what changes were made.
Original ASZ File:

http://www.filedropper.com/ibizav4(Sorry, I can't seem to upload files to the forum)
On the new file, i have now only upped the values a couple of decemils, and advanced the duration 1 degree.
I havent mentioned before, but the only mods i have currently on my ibiza is a 60mm straight thru exhaust with Cupra backbox and a 80mm Cupra air intake.
Cheers for all the help
