Experts please correct me if i'm wrong

To have a rev limiter it's almost like having launch control but at the top rpm:

You need to change the map to, for example, 5200 IQ= (some amount) 5250 IQ= 0.

Doing this. i think the ecu will create a limit at 5250 that will decrease the RPM to 5200 and at that rpm the ecu will tell the injectors to inject that same amount of diesel until RPM raise to 5250.

Its a bit confusing explanation but i couldn't explain better right now

If i'm wrong, correct me causa i'm here to learn :P

BTW, if you like that rev, you may like to your tdi run like this : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KdSkeLusR78  260km/h and still 6th gear to run :D

Hey i forget to tell you. You have to change your stock exhaust pipe to stainless steel, no cat and all free to the tip

Almost 90% of the TDI have stainless steel exhaust but in my opinion, for racing proposes, a steel exhaust pipe with a small final muffler to create a little compression would had a better gain, EGT could be high and stainless steel have a lower heat resistance compared to just steel ;)

I already got a full 60mm straight through exhaust with cupra backbox opened to 60mm.

When i get my MPS to load the map on ill put a video and feedback! ;)

No, i wish have one like that  one ibiza from am motorsport, similar to the video, is for sale for 11500€, the owner say that have more than 400hp :P If i have one, that will be my project, the goal is to reach that mark but minimum smoke as possible, to proove other petrol fanatics (like me  ) that is possible to put large amount of hp in a TDI without look like a squid
