How to change SOI below 1500RPM

I have some problem with change SOI below 1500 RPM. I'm changing SOI 9,8,7 SOI_Limiter and no difference below 1500RPM. Above 1500RPM I can change SOI with no problem.

Can anyone tell me how to change SOI below 1500RPM? Is there are special map?

Anyone can share with me DAMOS for this car?

Hello ... what car are we talking about?
and may I ask why you need to lower soi below 1500rpm?
