Ori is here https://www.dropbox.com/s/18tji1whtq0kske/e39530d.bin

I'd attach it but the board attachment quota has been reached.

That one was terrible, boost and rail pressure were a mess. This one is much better. What do you think?

Nobody around to rate this tune? Really want to know if it's any good and if it can be pushed further, safely.

Gave up. BMW tuner from Bimmer Forums said it should roughly be worth 220 bhp so that'll do for now.
Thanks for nothing lads!

First mod was a poor attempt, and because you have had not the patience or because you were lazy, bought a mod file from mister "ominimicu"old member of DK.

Yep, I got him to tell me what was up with my original and to fix it for me. After that I was just looking for peer review of the final work so that I know the right way to do it - but nobody on this website gave any feedback and one guy on Bimmer Forums said it was good.

Here is my opinion on the second remap.

I hope that you did not pay more then 50 euros for this c......

The "tuner" requested IQ75 in Drivers Wish maps. This max IQ is allowed in torque limiter maps. TL maps need more work.
Smoke limiter by MAF allows max IQ75 but the total IQ is still limited to IQ65 in Smoke limiter by MAP map.
The Injection duration map is tuned by adding injection time. This will make smoke and rise the fuel consumption.
Boost is raised to max 1.25 bars and this is allowed by boost limiter by atmospheric pressure. Single value boost limiter is still ORI and this may result in limp mode if the car overboosts when climbing a hill in 5 gear with full load.
VNT maps that control the turbo are left original.
SOI maps are left original.
For the end the most funniest map of them all is the rail pressure map. Here the tuner added 15 bar to an original 1300+bar of original pressure. He just wasted his time for nothing with this map.

Finally some critical response! :D Thanks RPM Freak!

So now, let's fix it. I am going to have a go at fixing the smoke limiter by MAP map and the single value boost limit.
Meanwhile, do you have any materials you could point me to so that I can read about how the improvements should be made to VNT, SOI and TL?
