Hello i have strange problem with my car ( pasat B5 1.8T 98year)
When I turn on the cable VAG COM in the car and try to do vrazkara tells me there is no such module "engine". When I scan all available modules of the car detects only central locking and climate but not the engine. The strange thing is that the car is trying with other cables and other laptop and the result is the same. I tried also to disconnect the battery but no result.The car has a factory cassette player for that matter. Some time ago I bought it and then just suddenly sprya.Ot had never been tied. Cable and program work without problem, samples of other cars.
Where to look for the problem?

K line is cut.
Pull a new cable from the ECU to the OBD jack and try to do diagnostic.

Is ABS working on your car? In any case disconnect connector from ABS and try to connect.

No , i have problem with my ABS. yellow and red lamp light and i dont know why.
Who connector from ABS ?
may be ABS computer ?
