Volvo V40 1.9 T4 200hp don't start after desoldering

Hi.

I have problema with Volvo T4. I have car here to tune. I desoldering the eprom AM29F200AB and read. For sure i made three readings to have sure the file as correctly read. After that i made a tune file and write in eprom, engine didn't start. welds were perfect. i back write the original file and engine didn't start again. My three readings are equal, in compare all.

The ecu is: Ecu Siemens S108212005C
Anyone know the cause for this or help?

advice !
if you gonna desolder eprom , have all ways another one !
because heat can kill them !
buy another one !

I use Elnec Beeprog programmer.
Yes i have more new eproms for this, i test with more but engine didn't start also.

Hi, with the programmer, I have problem sometime, after read the first one or two bite are changed,
so try found another ori file and compare.
When that happends checksum is ok, but car dont start.
And compare first read with second, third...
