Astra ori file flash problem

Hi,
Few days ago i tried to flash ( trough odb II ) my astra (1.7 diesel 2004) but about on half way my latop turned off so off course my doesn't start. Lucky i saved the original file before that.I take out the ecu and try to bench flashing it with galett1260 but wile i doing it i got an error message.
I have attached a picture about the message.
Any advise, help would be great.

Yes it could be the problem with thw communication.
I am not sure i did everything fine. i attached a picture again what i used for wireing the benchflas.
i put the 2, 19, 52 pins to the + 12v and galetto +12
54 goes to the galetto k line
and for this ecu the ground is the ecu case

pin number 1 and number 15 should be ignored? becauose i left them out.?

you have to be veryy careful with 12 + because you can kill the ecu better way desolder flash and program it ! or finde someone ho have galleto 2,dimsport,magpro2,kess to try to backup your ecu !
