2MB file

Hello, i have one question. I have made changes of my original file 1MB and after that the new one is .ori 2MB and my MPPS say the file is too big.Can you tell me why and where is my mystake? How to save 1MB file ?

My car is Golf 5 1.9 TDI BKC
I try to shut down EGR but..............And this is original file.

I have flashed my ECU today whit your file and have make 50 km whitout EGR error warning light :)
Can you give me some instructions how to save ori files ???

Sorry my mystake . When i make a project from original bin file and want it to save the name of new one is "name.ols" file , not like original bin file. And it is lokated into C:\Documents and Settings\Radoslav\My Documents\Evc\WinOLS
Where is my mystake and how to save it like bin file?

Here is one of my projekts who is even 3 MB file. I guess i missed something.

now if i understand, you will save in winols your file wath you have made as bin for use it, now witch wersion of winols you use ? if you have a test wersion i think you can not save your file as bin. corect me if iam wrong ;)
noormali you have in winols in navigaion when you will save a file funktion export and import files, i hope it help you a litle bit more,you must find it ;)
