popcorn rev limiter on bmw 520d and saab 93

hello
I have this two cars the bmw 520d have a ecu dde 4.0 and the saab 93 is a 1.9 tid.
what can I do to put this two cars with popcorn rev limter :crazy: ?
can you help me? thanks

A lot of it has been described.

Modify the torque limiter and torque limiter axis.

Like
5100 rpm - 45 mg/str
5101 rpm - 0 mg/str

or something similar.
