i have a cracked version of ecm titanium , i can't save it in a bin mode. please help

.bin, .mod, .hex and files without extensions are the same type of files. Only names are different. You can switch the "hide extensions for known types of files" off in windows - map properties. Then you're going to be able to simply rename them.
