I think the first thing I might do is to eliminate EGR rather than just reduce it so I would make the entire map 850. next your torque map is often higher than you smoke map, the value you end up with will be the one in your smoke map so if you actually want 50+mg/st you will need to increase your smoke map to suit. I would also keep all values below 503mg/st and 1200rpm totally standard on the smoke limiter, keep the values below 1008rpm and 45mg/st totally standard on the drivers wish and also lower the values on 900 and 500mbar on the torque limit as a turbo saver if you drive into the hills.
Basically try to keep the lower fueling values as totally standard and only increase those in the upper fueling ranges but also remember your tune will only reach values allowed by your smoke limiter and at present most are lower than your torque limiter.... :)
