Attached should be the map file that I had a friend written for me, we are currently working on turning off the EGR system.
This file made 155bhp on a Dyno proven.
What do you all think of the map file?

Max torque already at 1750rpm ( 341,7Nm on torque limiter, 336Nm at Nm to IQ ) --> for my opinion to much torque at low rpm
Smoke Limiter MAP --> stock
Lambda --> no needed to tune from low hub/luft smoke, its enough only last 3-4 columns
Nm to IQ --> decalibrated and tuned for 7% ( extending the Nm to IQ will be much better )
Soi --> stock ( 16°degres at 4000rpm BTDC )
Duration map --> from 15 IQ and 1250rpm until last columns are tuned by 6%, i would tune only last 3 columns or maybe only last one and extend it
n75 --> stock ( with this setup the turbo its overboosting for around 0,2mbar )
Turbo map --> it can be better but it will be nothing wrong if you keep it like this... This turbo can hold up to 1,35mbar / 2350mbar
Limp mode --> its remodified with 400Nm torque
And alot more maps does not make sence for my opinion

Closing EGR its really easy job, just need to find hysteries and put from low/high rpm a 0 value, then you can close up the EGR map

Thanks very much for your input, I will pass it on.
I am really new to the world of map editing, my friend knows more about it to be honest and I wanted to make sure it wasn't a bad map for my Van.
This map is running on a Van with an organic SMF clutch setup, maybe that's why the torque limiter is slightly higher than normal.

No there's no black smoking at all from this setup, although I do run diesel with small amount of 2 stroke oil added - ( This vehicle has no CAT either).

I have now attached the map my friend made with the EGR turned off. It seems to work as I have a blanking plate fitted and do not have any error lights on the dash.

Do You think this map could be made better to make more power? I don't mind a small amount of smoking it helps...
