This is my first mod my friend's Golf. I hope egr is off now, is it correct?

Where is the ori. file for compare :?: ;)

i have take a look to the file ,i dont think its ok,you need change the histeries ;)

Edit. Hysterisis are not modified. I cannot find them because I don't regognize them.

Hy, you have change the egr map like in edc15,but in edc16 you need change the 2 histeries and than it is closed, now use your ori and my moded and compare the two files, you will see where are the diference and where is the lokation off histeries, i have made the mode file from your ori so you can use this for the egr off without problem ;)

i'm not sure if it works. I use vag com to see what is happening in EGR. Is in group 003 second block value for EGR and third block measured value? Second block have different value from 250 to 840 but third block never reach 840. Seems that egr is also bleeding. Next step is clean EGR and look value again if EGR stays closed. That can take same time - week or two.

iam not shure for this ,but i think you can put a blanking plate to close the egr,
maybe someone can tell you more about this, how to do it ;)
