Help.. Can someone PLEASE check my files? Problems

Ok,
Here I have uploaded my Ori & Tuned files. I paid a professional tuner to do the modding a while back.
Since I put the tuned file on the ECU, the car seems to pull like a train right upto around 60-70mph then it seems to hit some kind of limiter then hold back for a second, then pull, then hold back, then pull ect ect ect.
Could someone check the files over for me and see if you can see anything that may cause this fault?
The file has had DPF OFF & Performance Tuning.

AUDI A3 2.0 TDI 170
Siemens PPD 1.2

Torque Limiter -> changes are made from +2750 until high rpm
Torque Limiter by EGT -> stock
Drivers Wish -> stock
Smoke Limiter -> stock
Boost Limiter -> stock
Nm to IQ = 80mg/stroke ( Injection/Duration map 70mg stock & IQ Limiter 70mg stock )

And alot more mistakes, for my opinion remap its badly done
