is this 100% confirmed that you need to run with a map smoke limiter? anyone tried switching off and still using maf limiter?
I'm curious that's all. My theory atm is if there is a login code to turn off egr for that ignition cycle then maybe you can turn it off permantly without running on the map limiter. Unless when the login code is entered the ecu goes to map limiter but in theory it shouldn't as the map isn't properly calibrated just flat xx mg across the board.
