EGR off?

Hey guys,

Today i got the Emissions light in my Touran. I have yet to work out the software, but i am wondering if i can get rid of the light by having the ECU mapping changed.

I plan on getting EGR delete kit, but might aswell have the mapping done before hand if possible.

How does this work?

Toruan 1,9tdi BKC engine.
