Audi A4 B6 1.9TDI AVF EDC15 ECU max tuned?

Hello, I have bought Audi A4 B6 and the seller said to me, that the ecu in the car is tuned to maximum what it could be.
So, I have downloaded it from the car and ask you, if this is a healthy chiptuning for this car, or it is bad?
I am newbie in chiptuning, so I do not know what is good or what is not.
Car have hight consumption of fuel (8l/100km), but runs good with smoke.

Hello,
your tuned file don't look good. Missing important maps. At first you have tuned maps for turbo, but turbo limiters is original and this is only beginning.

OK thanks for your advice. So what Can I do now? Could I download original or another tuned software for this ECU and write it?

Missed boost limit map, missed EGR off, missed Duration maps to extrapolate them for 70 mg for example.
No extension for boost map, boost comes too early.
