Not wanting to sound rude but before you destroy your engine, throw away these maps and start over. You are trying to increase all of your numbers by way too much, including the duration you have just altered. Intrestingly you have not altered your SOI to suit so you will likely cause turbo damage. To elaborate, your selector for duration map says that at 24 degrees SOI it will use duration map 0, if we take a random point on this map, say 4000rpm and an injected quantity of 55mg/st, it will have a duration of 36.6 degrees. Going back to your SOI map, at 4000 rpm and 50mg/st (which will be used as it is the highest axis), you have an SOI of 25 degrees.
36.6 - 25=11.6. Your end of injection will be occuring at 11.6 degrees after top dead centre. compare this with you standard map and you have 30.5-25=5.5, it ends injection at 5.5 degrees after TDC.
Approaching 10 degrees after TDC is asking for massive exhaust gas temperatures if you ask me and your is even later, that coupled with the overall excessive nature of your map will probably destroy your turbo on your first longish flat out run.
Go back to basics, factor in a mg/st amount that will give you around 100hp possibly a tiny bit more at around 3900rpm, make a map based on that and I'm sure others will help you fine tune the details. You cant just double the figures and expect good results.
You car will not make the calculated output in any case because the SOI and duration will not allow it to inject your requested quantity. Your standard maps smoke limiter has some numbers that may well indicate some sensible maximums in this case just to give you an idea of how you might modify your torque maps.
SOI and duration mods come next but I doubt many will give sensible answers until you produce a sensible map...... ;)
