633be, 63410, 63462 and 634b4 all set to 100 mg/str.

646c4, 647e0, 648fc and 64a18 all raised to 100 mg/str above 2000 rpm, full throttle.

64b96 set to 105 mg/str.

659c4 set to 105 mg/str.

wish maps (673e2, 67534 and 67686) reach 106-110 mg/str up to 4600 rpm

Smoke map modified, it is not resticting injection that low.

TL/Gear (680ec) - 2nd gear 96 mg/str, 3rd-6th 105 mg/str.

68726 very similar to 680ec.

68876 (10x10) - WTF is that? I've been limited to 55.451714 mg/str (3552 * 0,0155?) up to 2500 rpm, and to 69.781929 mg/str above 2500 rpm... Then I raised the lower part a bit, and now I am limited to 69,8 mg/str 1300-4500 rpm. Could be. Will try tommorrow.

TL (691AA) goes up to 90,5 mg/str (@3000 rpm)

69242 - all set to 105 mg/str

6938c - all raised for 70% (98 mg/str); I know percent tuning is not a good option, but I don't know exactly what this map does. What does its Y axis represent (0, 100, 600, 1000, 2000)? X axis (500, 700, 900, 1000, 1100) looks like atmospheric pressure to me - am I correct?

693da set to 90-105 mg/str

694b2 - all set to 105 mg/str

6b4dc (Iq/Tq conversion) extended to go up to 560 Nm (104-116 mg/str - calculated from upper values)

Beside that, air supply maps and limiters have also been modded.

Still searching on...

Heureka. :)

68956 was limiting me. :)

The correct factor is 0,015625 - i was calculating it for days before I got the right value. Then I found out it's just 1/64.

Editing continues, I just recalculated SOI maps for new axes (I just took the ori EOI and took increased IQ and FRP into account), now I have to upload the dump and try if the engine handles 91 mg/str. It sure handles 80 mg/str above 2k rpm quite well. And it's fun! :D

All I have to do later is to adapt N75 maps correctly and put it on dyno.

I drove 160 km with renault traffic 2.0 dCi 115 today on a highway. OK, this piece of shit really lacks of performance, but what makes it even worse was the load - 9 people onboard. When I came back, my girlfriend and my 5 months old daughter came to pick me up to get home. I sat into the car, shifted to first gear and took off almost in WRC style - totally by accident. It was by accident I swear, but my girlfriend didn't have any sense of humor, nor any tolerance. :D :D

Yes, I forgot to mention - it is set to 1700 bar at 3000 rpm and up, but FRP doesn't rise much above 1600 bar. :?

Now I am stuck at 87 mg/str.

Ah, here's my current setup.

I am stuck with 87,2 mg/str, that is 5581 according to the factor. I searched values from 5570 to 5590 and found nothing useful.

Don't mind the N75, I will work on them as soon as I get to 91 mg/str, so I can compare to the ST I see every day when I go to work.

Oh, and smoke map is way too high to avoid IQ restriction - will be calculated by AFR when I reach the desired 91 mg/str.

No excessive smoke produced whatsoever. :eh:

I found it.

Tq/Iq conversion map goes up to 87,5 mg/str. I extended and recalculated it up to 100 mg/str, now it works fine.

But I have some issues with gas resonances between the turbocharger and intake manifold. It's happening for quite a long time now - since I went above 70 mg/str. When I floor it above 3500 rpm and shift quickly, the car starts to kick like crazy - it's like applying WOT and releasing it several times per second and feels very rough. Not good for transmission, flywheel, nor engine mounts.

I extended a N75 map and lowered it a bit here and there, and it happens a little less often, so I hope I'm on a good way. I'm still modding the N75, will log it again on my way home.
