DSG to Manual

hello

we convert VAG cars from DSG to manual transmission
after we do the conversion , the car runs fine
but we have problems with ABS and ESP light on cluster
we dont use the ECU of car which we take manual transmission from
we use the original ECU of converted car

do you know any soulition to this ?

You need to recode ECU and ABS/ESP, CAN_GATEWAY to manual transmission, and should work!

there is no specific car,, we do this on all DSG diesle cars
from 2004 up to now

can you tell me plz about how to recode the ECU and CAN_gateway
I have VCDS and VAS

Hover the mouse over the coding input box and will help you with coding numbers. If not perform full autoscan of the car and send it to VCDS support and they will give you new coding for the car with manual gearbox!
