Im trying to upgrade VC 120-> 150 and i couldn't find good smoke limiter by MAF/ IQ limiter by MAF

I have an address, and in 150HP version, there is nice map with IQs up to 80, and max MAF 1229


but in the 120hp version there are only values IQ 10 mg(factor 0.1) and MAF max value 819.


In VAG EDC16 analys somebody said - if the value are 10mg - map is not used by ecu. And ecu use IQ limiter by MAP


Is this possible, that in opel edc16c9 120HP version MAF limiter is not used ??

But i coudn't find IQ limit by MAP ??

Or something else ?

EDC16 limits the IQ via Lambda maps. There is no MAF limiter in this ECU. You are looking at wrong maps.

Im adding ori bin and map screenshots.

Its map from addres 0CC204, factors 1;0.1;0.01

from others forums and topics I know that there is IQ Limiter, and values at 150HP are quite good.


What do you say about this ? Maybe weeker versions of EDC16 dont user IQ Limiter by MAF ?

150HP VC is year older, but i dont think it will be so big diffrence

0CC204 is IQ limiter but it is not MAF IQ limiter. There is NO MAF limiter in this ECU.

The X-axis is a security factor or something like this.

I have also tuned bin by specjalis (150HP ++), and he changed this map :):):)
