Hi all

I've managed to brick my 307 Hdi 110hp Ecu, i flashed in a wrong file ( didn't checksum stupid mistake i know )

No communication with mpps, or PP2000 .

So I installed a Bsi + key + ecu from a 90hp 307 hdi ( edc15c2)

Car tried to Start but didn't, so I flashed my original file ( 307 hdi 110hp the right one ) into the 90hp ECU

Car still tried to start but didn't , the BSI was very different (all sorts of lights on ) so I suppose that's the reason the car won't start .

So ... I installed a bsi + key + ecu from C5 110hp and the car starts and goes ok (but no cruise control and other problems ) .

The question is

My 90HP hdi ecu has the original 110hp map on it now

It won't work on the original 110hp bsi because of the immobilizer,(i think?) can I desolder a component and put it back on to the original 110hp ecu ?

How can I connect my mpps straight onto the ecu ? (bench flashing ? )

You should search for bootmode for edc15 and do that so you can flash your original ecu back to life.

I searched bootmode edc15 but couldn't come up with much ( on the forum )

I found a diagram of edc15c2 (3 plugs) is the K-line the communication line ?

I plug in 12V to battery, negative to the negative pole of the battery/car ( or external 12v supply )

And k-line ... ?

use programmer (e.t. willem)

Try mpps in slow mode should be working. And try couple of times...
