Zafira 1.9 CDti 120 EDC16C39 Map Help

Postby F35T3R » Tue Mar 18, 2014 11:35 am

Trying to understand the map from my ecu using Winols.

I think I have found some maps EGR, Maybe Drivers Wish, Using some very helpful online videos (haven't been able to find any default locations yet)

I have found others but I am trying to figure out the Axis and outcome of EGR (dont want to run before I can walk)

Can anyone advise the default locations or give me some ideas on what the axis could be so I can better find them myself
I`ll post a picture of the map I found for EGR later.

Thanks In Advance

Axis should be in front of the egr map: maf and rpm.

Try to find hysteresis of egr to disable it.

Output is maf desired.

IQ being mg/stroke of air am i am guessing...

Looking at what I think are the drivers demand maps

The axis are IQ / Pedal position - Torque ??

I guess one is wrong as i cannot figure out what should be Pedal Position

Thanks again, (I am starting to enjoy this :D )

IQ: Injected Quantity of fuel, mg/stroke
For driver wish: X is pedal in % and Y is rpm. Output is torque in Nm
