and how late is that achievement).

in my rail pressure map i have 1450 set 3500 rpm you think i should lower the rpm ?

i have not touched this map yet 42% max original value tomorrow i will test @ 60% max
thanks for advice

1 - We have both said the same thing.
2 - I am 100% sure.
3 - PP200 is specialy writen for Peugeot car. There is no better diag software for them.
i do not trust diagnostic readings for rail pressure i think they are just rail requests
The diag shows requested values( the ones that are writen in the memory of the chip) vs actual (the ones that the sensors show at the moment).
My advice to you is to throw away your multimeter, learn how do log the car correctly with diagnostic and then do a remap.

I agree 100%.

One thing is that you can do as well:

Set the rail diagnostic limiter to 1500bar (from 1350bar),
to be sure that you do not "overtune" RPPV.

And before you do any testing be sure your complete coolant system is 100+% OK.
(fan & fan speeds, relays, temp sensors, thermostat, proper coolant liquid - thats very important (because of foam).

Getting a 1800bar pressure sensor is easy.
Problem is how ECU deals with it :?

If the 1500bar sensor says 2.5V, ECU will see that as 750bar.
But if you put 1800bar sensor, at 2.5V it will be 900bar and ECU will think it's 750bar.

I would like to upgrade to 1800bar sensor so I can get to 1500bar rail pressure without any headache.

BUT how do we change the way ECU translates measured Voltage into Pressure [Bar] :?:

You must tweak the rail pressure sensor linearisation map.

That would be in the map area 6xxxx & 7xxxx or in Software area?

In map area.

Changing rail pressure sensor for bigger one is needed only when you do extreme tunes. These is for cars that ran double the original engine power.
For reaching 30 to 40 hp more you do not need to change any hardware of the engine. The only thing that you need is good knowledge of the system that you are tuning.
