Im not so good, so its hard to me to say opinion

but i see some thinks looks bad in my opinion - I have now my own setup for avf very similar
- n75 its not too hard ? 87% ? or your turro is in bad condition
- target boost i think too much difference between 45 and 60mg - i have increased linear from 25mg to max

let the n75 stock and make logs of boost to see if u have any boost spikes.

I would lower the boost to 2500mbar

N75 controls turbine vanes. It should be changed only if turbo changes or you have boost spikes/lag at some point. You can read it as a calibration map for turbo.

Not good.
You request 65mg/stroke in torque limiter, but your duration is scalled up to 60.
In some regions boost limit is equal to boost target
N75 scaled just up to 58mg/stroke. You request more than 60
SOI looks stock to me, so waste of fuel.
With this map you`ll get about 140-145 bhp and low MPG.
