Golf IV TDI ASZ max stock turbo power?

so i have a Volkswagen GOLF Mark Four (IV) motorcode: asz 96kw (131ps/310nm)

at the moment i am running 164hp / 400nm map

what is the maximal safe daily driver horsepower i can get out of the stock turbo?

max is arround 170hp, max pressure 1,5b. If you want more you must change to VB(for example) and change IC.

Ran a standard turbo asz at 180bhp for 30,000 miles with no problems or turbo issues at all :)

Here in portugal, the "base" remapp to that engine code cars (seat ibiza fr/cupra tdi, audi a3/a4 1.9 tdi and golf IV 1.9 tdi) they hang between 180hp to 190 hp with no problem ;) its not a great thing that power with that engine, its fun but we used to +250hp tdi on the streets :lol: tdi engine had a big big evolution when talking about improvements of performance :)
