ASZ A3 Ready to Flash

Maps altered Driver wish(late values),Torque limiter, smoke limiter,Duration 00 01 02, Boost, Boost limiter, EGR
SOI N75 Stock for now

I think your 70mg/st values are too high up the rev range. If you look at my logs MAF values (which does have a boost spike for which I need to increase N75) you can see that the airflow is very high at 1900 rpm but tails off by quite a lot after 3000rpm,. You can have over 70mg/st at 1900 to 2500 if your clutch can take it but I think you should taper off much sooner after 3000 rpm and even more after 3500 rpm to avoid smoke and high exhaust gas temperatures :)

Oh and I still think your durations are a smidge agressive in place but not enough in others. Find and download an early Ibiza tdi 160 map and look at its durations to see what I mean :)

You think i must reduce IQ after 3000 rpm ?

Should i redo smoke limiter ?

Durations are done by excel based on last 3 values

I have posted my own file and a full log for you to browse (and critisize). You could possibly go a little more agressive in the lower rev range if your clutch is good, I have on a slightly later one and I also address the 2600mb boost spike by increasing the N75 at and slightly below the revs at which it spiked. It goes without saying that this is a home made map, all responsibility is your own etc etc. Smoke limiter should be a smidge higher than torque limiter to match the way VW does it so if you mod your torque then you must mod your smoke and if you do go above 70mg/st then of course you drivers wish will need modding too. Durations and start of injection are standard Ibiza Cupra TDI 160 and I feel happy using these because the ASZ uses the same injectors. I have done a similar map but with a very differant approach too which I may stick on rate my tune if aI can find the log that goes with it..... :)

It is safe for daily drive ? I drove with blacksmoke 165ps map, but after i saw ride logs i change it to original. How much PS does this map ?
