man..are you sure that this is 318D ? it seems to be 320d 136 hp version by looking at maps.
By looking at your map i can tell you some things:
1) You dont need to touch N75(pierburd pressure convertor) maps, you dont have so big pressure to do that
2) You dont need to touch SOI maps for that power
3) You increased too much X asis for turbo pressure..if you request 60 mg, bigger pressure must start from 50 55 mg to avoid lag
4) 10x10 map is not IQ fuel, its an enrichment map with duty cycle values, you increased too much there the values.
5) You can increase smoke limiter map with 10"% starting from 500 600 mg of air for better transition from low to high rpm
Last one..Torque limiters values must be lower than smoke limiters, and smoke limiters lower than Driver wish..you can go with 65 mg for DW, 64 for smoke limiters and 63 for torque, better power and still safe...and then turbo pressure can be 2300 mbar from 2000 to 4000 rpm and starting from 60 mg only now.
