I searched almost all the forum and i didnt find advanced tuning guide for EDC15 & EDC16 tuning guide only for TDI sistem for winols

So let me explain what i am looking for

Example:
I have map from car VW golf 5 2.0tdi ( edc16 )
So what i am basically need it is how many % i need to tune every map

So if i am starting with Torque Limiter:
how much +% its min. or max.
+turbo map, smoke limiter, injected quantity, etc...

I found some guides that show only pictures and possibly map sectores, but this its not problem at all, i can click every file and try to find similar picture and i will try to find turbo or torque limiter or something like that... But let me say again i need you to explain me how much % its every map min. or max. so i know how much i can go to tune a car for some + horsepowers :)

I know maybe its silly but everybody need to start from something and learn to be pro. :)

It is not that simple, you can not tune +-%, it does not work that way.
You have to understand the whole system and every calculation or change.

You have to check every engine part for every engine (engine code is the main info to look for engine parts).

Etc. you have to check the turbo specification at which pressures can it run without the risk to damage it...
High pressure pump
Injectors
Fuel tank pump flow / pressure if there is one...

and so on...

You have to know what air / fuel ratio you can use without smoke.

I suggest you reed some basics on the forum, there is some good material about that.

Air is the main thing from air you can calculate the lambda you want to drive - how much more fuel you can inject.
You can have two same engines and each of them will achieve pretty different results.

Than you choose the first car you want to do, post the original file and than the fun begins. ;)

I wanna learn but i wanna chip tune my car as fast its possible, beacuse i am used to it and i wanna more power. :)
In my countery chip tuning cost alot and i wanna save some money to buy beater gear ( cables ) for chip tuning so i can start in near future

And my last question...
Can i send you a original file maybe a month old ( i was trying to learn how to remap ), and can you still tune it. Does kilometers in my car save in this ECU map, or its separated in diffrent area

I would really like to teach you in few days but it is really just impossible.
Too much information at once, it would be useless, even if you would remember each thing i would tell you.

It is just too big picture to get it together in that small period of time.
I really know what I am talking about.

I suggest you go step by step and take some more time and to do good stuff,
not some garbage tuning that most of guys does.
By that way also other users will see your progress and they will have ability to learn as well.

The main problem is that everyone would like to earn money in 30mins to get xx hundreds of EUR, without work.
To make a good tune it takes a lot more time per bin :) It is hell of an effort to make pro tune.

I wonder does anyone think why someone tune the car in 5mins? :shock:

They take some eBay DVD garbage bins from another cars,
does not even suit HW and SW numbers, or they buy the bins from some other guys not even knowing what are the changes or if it suit their engine and they flash the car :crazy: ,
take xx hundred of EUR and they say they are tuners :) and some of them (even big companies) are pretty good by selling that garbage. :wtf:

To avoid that bad reputation, the best thing would be to specialise to VAG as you said you like the most (that way you will need less time and less different ECUs to get to know)
and to get it deep as you can. :thumbup:

Thats why i wanna learn how to tune car...

I know everbody wanna learn how to tune car in 5min and do the crap work and maybe blown some turbo or maybe an engine, or maybe they are so smart and go on "ebay" and buy maps ( i saw some reasults - its not worth even clicking to the store :crazy: )
This its not called chip tuning, for me its called crappy tuning :lol:

I wanna start step by step, it can take a month or two maybe more but i really wanna to be specified only for VaG engines beacuse in my familiy we are all driving VW, and i have friends driving mostly VaG (vw,skoda,seat,audi)... So the profit will be not bad :)

So lets get started, i wanna talk to you more privat so we can discuss on skype/hotmail so you can tell me a bit more ( PM please with your infos ), faster i will start faster i will be done with learning :)

So my goal its:
VaG: VW,Seat,Skoda,Audi ( only diesel engines )..... You say its alot to learn and i dont wanna learn to much and forget something and do crappy remap, i am honest man and if someone pay me i will to the great work not crappy or maybe downloaded ebay stuffs....


I will do all my best to learn fast it possible and help to do all my work by myself, i just need someone to support me and tell me what not to do and what to do, what its good and what its bad...

This is open community and everything goes online not on private message that every body else can learn to.

Becoming tuner is not by reading how to tutorials but it is the practise and years of experience. If you start now,
you can not expect results in short time.

You can post your questions and we will help as much as we can.

Torque limiter: 4D8D4
Smoke limiter: DIDNT FOUND
Duration map: 54656
EGR map: 4C116
Turbo map: 56926
N75 map: 56C32
Boost limiter map: 56F1C
Single value boost limiter: DIDNT FOUND

If i missed any map or something, or if i made an mistake in any map let me knew....

OK now can you explain me step by step, for every map how to tune and where to calculate so the tune will be perfect.... :D
