Golf 02 1.9 TDI ATD tune

Hi, please can you rate my tune, just finished it for a golf ATD manual,
only mods to manual maps,
boost limit map
smoke limiter
torque limiter
driver wish
EGR
boost target map
boost map

If you block EGR, open turbo vanes in that area with 20%, will help engine to breath. Do you have variable geometry ?

yes its got variable vane, the old version without sensor, so n75 map can be opened up arround the middle without adjusting IQ?
im only looking for a little extra go, might give it a go and check for spikes, is the map ok appart from that??

I dont have VAG Edcsuide now to check all maps but as i checked with Winols, thats a good done map. Increase turbo pressure only from 35 mg, you have no reason to go more boost in low load, maybe if you want fine tuning for economy, open turbo vanes from 0 to 20 mg and lower turbo boost from 1000 to 2500 rpm with ~150 mbar, you`ll get nice economy but you must find how much to open turbo vanes to avoid turbo lag.
