a4 b6 1.8t avj k04-64 with s3 maf

hi i need help :) I drive an a4 b6 1.8t avj 150hp. and have rebuilt it to k04-64 turbo, S3 1.8t bam Maf housing, s3 bam injectors, 3"exhaust system .... can i flash the original s3 file, or do I have modify my original file so I can drive the s3 maf?

maybe if u will find soft from s3 with the same type of ecu, it could work

The same type of motronic ex. motronic 7.1.1 or 7.5

but there could be differences in extra equpiment of the car

But the best options is to modyfi orig soft with maps from S3

yes have the same control unit ME7.5 have already tried every s3 file, everytime the fan Running and the Engine not coming on? how and what maps I need to edit? With the Motronic suite i only have 3 Maps and with winols i understand nothing, need i specially damos for that file or how can i now what Map for what is?

To correctly set up the new parts in the original software you need to modify 50+ maps.

i dont want to create a new map for my setup, i only want to run that original 240hp 1.8t map is there no way to copy and past the maps ?`or something els :think:

Tuning is not so easy - need base of mappacks, knowledg etc.

best way is to setup all maps in winols - using damos, map adresses list etc - a lot of work.

For now i haven't big knowledge about petrol motors, but in diesel EDC16 there is special number writed in ecu cpu, and in firmware.
And if these numers are different - ecu dont work :)

So maybe in benzin is something like this

buy a ecu from a me7.5 b5..... in 02/03 boot rom changed.... hardware same... unless b6 is return less fuel... might have abs code but will work or any mk4

Sigh, sorry if this is cluttering the thread, I guess I need to make 3 'quality or unique' posts.

FWIW, I'm working on an AVK 3.0 ECU file. I'll be sure to post my results when I do.
