sorry for digging out this old thread, but i've got a similar problem. MPPS V16 (china clone) won't work on windows 7, although i used the software version without loader and the USB driver is installed correctly (manual installation).

Some guys wrote they had trouble as well and couldn't make it run properly. Is there any solution for this after all this time?

hm can someone post his configuration (assuming it runs in windows 7)?

All of information i could find so far, is that there are versions (SW) out there which might work on win7, but i could not figure out why there are some people who cannot make it run.
