Hey guys I'm new to site so hope um posting in the correct forum. Basically I have a galletto 4 v54, I have used this to read and write the Ecu on my Citroen c5 2005 1.6hdi and also done a DPF delete on it. But when I try to read my pug 307 2.0hdi 2004 model I'm getting the error "boot mode inactive" after a lot of research on the net it looks as tho this Ecu has to be taken out from car the car to enter into boot mode by grounding pin 28. How do I go about doing this? Am completely new to bdm/boot mode etc any help would be wonderful thanks

You need to open the ecu find pin 28 on the eprom and earth it what you do is
1) connect wire fro pin 28 (make it long and glue it down
2) put ecu back in car and connect
3) turn off ignition
4) earth the wire
5) turn on ingtion
6) remove wire from earth
7) read ecu

i left the wire in my ecu and just insulated it so i can redo anytime
