Look here:

The best start is EDC 15 and after EDC 16,Is a small difference. With experience you can get from EDC15 to EDC16.
Before write the mod file always make checksum!!!!!!!

If you did not find SVBL,it means you have not read EDC 16 tuning guide.
One more time:
EDC16 tuning guide version 1.1.rar

I can send you address for SVBL,but this is the easy way for you, also bad way, because you'll never know you find yourself.
Value for SVBL on EDC 16 it's in 16 bit.
Finding maps is a matter of hard study.

I agree,
very important is to read and learn.

Getting end information and quick solution is the shortcut that wont lead to the knowledge but only one or few time job.

If you read,at page nr. 24 EDC 15 Tuning guide you could have read this:
10. Single value boost limiter:
General:
This value limits the absolute pressure. The boost will (normally) never be higher as this value.
To find this single value just look for the value 31455(decimal) or 7ADF(hexidecimal). The boost limiter is located in front of this value.
