Is there a php based file editor for ecu maps?

If not, would there be much interest in starting a git for such a project? Using php to read the binary data and having the ability to contextualise it with appropriate damos files? Ive done a few of these for raw cdr files from telecom switches and it can be very useful.

Not sure if there are many developers on this, but its something to think about... :idea: :roll:
