djbalkanac, I know very good how hard it is. You will make it, just step by step.
This things go very slow, as you see there is a lot of posts / questions / answers and it is impossible to answer everything in one hand.

Almost every issue needs to be checked in the bin.

Just do not give up. ;)

I am trying to do my best, i printed out all EDC15 and EDC16 guide, i am staring at them like 2h at day to get it right, but this its not so easy they all though...You cant earn easy money in few minutes in tuning...
You need to study them alot so you can procide to another step finding maps and tuning them....
I am trying to do my best and i people dont love me for learning hard to enter in tuning world

In next they if i learn some tips more i will post my first tune file so you can give me some critics, but we all learn on critics so you can learn and correct them :)

I will later post a modified map so you can give me some critics and maybe not :) We will see how much i did learn by guide :lol:

After few hours thinking it how to remap i decide just go it and we will see if i did any map good :)

I didnt find the SVBL yet but in a few hours i think i will found it a remapp him too...
So can anybody check my maps if they are good remaped, does any map its too much boostet or to lower and need to be increased

I will just post what map i remapp and how :)

EGR MAP: I change all valves to highest possible so i turn the EGR off
TORQUE LIMITER: I increased from 1250 to 4800 for 25% so now its 60mg/stroke
SMOKE LIMITER: I changed before the last columns and the last too... I improve some more smoke but i am not sure i did good on the smoke limiter map
DRIVERS WISH: i didnt touch it yet i am not sure how to remap this map
DURATION MAP: i again improve abit last two rovs from bellow you will see
BOOST LIMITER MAP: i remap last 3 rows
TURBO MAP: i inscreese mg/stroke and give him some more boost only at 80-100%
N75 MAP: i again improve last 3 columns abit not to much

I hope somebody can tell me what i did wrong ( what map ) so i can try fix it and learn some more about remapping :)

Hi,

for SVBL, search for 2620 (decimal) in your file. You will find several places where this value occurs, look for one outside of other maps. The SVBL exists once for each coding.

My opinion:
Don't need to modify SVBL ,stock value is 2620 and boost max. value it's in your mod file 2475mBar,.
About Torque limiter-The highest value should be around 2250-2750rpm,in your mod map the highest value is between1900- 2250rpm,in this rev. range turbo can not enter the amount of air you need to burn 60mg of diesel,and the result can be a lot of black smoke when you push the gas pedal.In my opinion for stock tuning you don't need to modify Driver Wish.
At the end of your work should be make logs with Vag-Com to see the actual amount injected,turbo pressure,etc.
For the rest of the maps others more skilled than me can give their opinion.But for the first attempt it's not so bad.

about turbo map: ye my highest value its 2475 max - so i should boost my turbo map a little more like somewher around 2600
about torque limiter: yea i saw that mistake car its really strong at 1900 already and a 2750 the torque its going down... i will fix that :)
i will fix the boost map the car can enter 60mg
