Is there a reason files can't be downloaded yet, post count etc ?

You are looking for some tuned files perhaps?

For example, If i view a post in Rate me tune section i am unable to download any content linked to it, i have the following message "You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post"

I am missing something simple here ? I have checked my user CP
