Just a nasy fact to share with you guys. A friend of mine got remapped on a dyno at a reputable firm here in my country. He has a 2003 Subaru WRX. The whole tuning process took about 2 hours. What the tuner did was just select large areas of some maps and corrected them by a given %. After 3 dyno runs the HP goal was met and my friend payed 400 Euro. For my car, the tuner said it wasn't possible to go more than 220 crank HP with my setup... I made a little research on the audi forum here and it seems almost all dyno tuners here do the same % tuning.
That's why now I prefer tuning my car myself, with some help on this forum, ofcourse. I guess I couldn't make it worse than the case above. I already made a file with about 40 maps, including some of the most important ones, which I would be happy to share with the community, since I could find anything already made for my ECU on the internet.
Currently, I'm in the search for KFDMINS, KFMIZUFIL and KFMIZOUF. The patterns of these maps in similar ECUs just don't appear in mine, so I would appreciate any help.
