WinOLS remove the DPF

Hello, I am looking for information about WinOLS, I have a few questions:
1. How to find a suitable map? For example, the map DPF;
2. What to do to remove the FAP and DPF filters?

If someone have an instruction about how to remove DPF I ask for sending it to me.

select the ECU ?
number of software ?
number of hardware ?
