738D6 - SOI INJ Inverses Ansteuerdauer KF zur Rueckrechnung der VE-Menge.
max 1500 bar. 74fd6 - RDS rail press.sensor - linearisation P_rail = f(U_ADC) 4*1, factor U*4,887586.
78dbe - BEG smoke limitation map M_fuel = f(N, P_aircorr), This map does not work; if works 78a20.
779f8 - unlikely work
7846E, 78470 - no

This is my EOI. Nice power, eoi at -3 degrees @2250 and 2500 rpm, clutch can't handle it. Its time to changing them. Than i set it to -4 degrees. 0-100km/h is 7.8s and 80-120km/h in 4th 5s.
rpm eoi atdc
2000 - 2.8
2250 - 4.2
2500 - 4.1
2750 - 2.5
3000 - 2.0
3250 - 1.7
3500 - 1.4
4000 - 0.2

stock eoi
rpm ATDC
2200 5,7
2500 4,8
2800 3,6
3200 3,2
3500 2,1
4000 1,3

And how much IQ do you inject and how much boost?

I have found damos for Stilo JTD and compare to my ECU, so I was creating some new maps and correcting old ones in my ECU theese days.
In that damos there are map ID-s what is very usefull to compare with EDC15C documentation to see when and for what are used.

That makes more questions for me, because I found that all maps that are smaller and have IQ up to 50 or 55 are actually "sport driving" maps, and other ones that goes up to 60, 70 are economy/ecology maps. So, when I step on "pedal to the metal", IQ goes up to TL, and as TL is more than 70...on sporty maps that is way above 50 or 55. So, I think that maps needs correction on last two columns to adjust linear interpolation up to 70. Or increase axes of IQ. But some maps have shared axes so than every map should be recalculated.

85mm3, 2.5bar boost. Can you send me that damos?

Huh...that is quite a lot increase from stock IQ. Do you have some other "hardware" modification on car or it is stock?

I don't want to do any modification on car, just to increase power up to limit that stock car components can safely handle. Not trying to do max what this engine actually can do.
And to lower consumption with everyday way to work.

I found it here:
http://www.ecuconnections.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=131&t=22560

Yesterday I put new remap, tried driving just few kilometers around house so cannot give any conclusion yet. As I can see with diagnostic, looks OK to me;

Still don't trust duration timing, don't know what is rigt; linerar interpolation between 50 and 60 or 65 and 70. I made this remap with interpolation between 50 and 60...and for that step I calculate everything else.

I found interesting injector test:
119 flow data.png

If pulse width is in uS, than at 1350 bar with 900 uS there is delivery of 80-85 mm^3 of fuel. And with 250 bar fuel pressure and pulse width of 700 uS there is 10-11 mm^3. Much larger values than in stock duration maps. But, I think that in ECU values of IQ for that duration are lower because of pressure in cylinder...

I will try interpolation with 65 and 70 step next time...

How did you calculate conversion Nm to iq map, and iq to Nm conversion map. Did you use interpolation on this?
