Hy,I got a problem.My engine code is bkp with siemens electronics 140hp,now I got injectors from 2.0tdi 16v 170hp and I have a problem with smoke,all the time when engine coolant temperature is less then 80c.A loot off smoke smell on diesel.I have hybrid turbo 1749,full open exsaus and around 220-230hp.car goes well, the only problem is smoke until the engine warms up to operating temperature. Didn't had a look at your map or logs yet but have you copied injector duration and soi maps from 170hp file? There should be also other injector specific maps that needs to be modified but I am not very familiar with siemens ecus. Are you sure that injectors and seals are ok and injector rockers correctly adjusted? If the problem started after injector swap it must be the software (not calibrated correctly for these injectors) or something wrong with the new injectors.

Look into Duration maps from BKP and BMN and you will know answer why :twisted:

You can post the download link of your map. My car's original 2.0 tdi bkp of 140bhp. If you have made some good map to my engine
