Good tool to read and write ecu Vauxhall 1.9 cdti 2006

Could someone please tell me what's a good cheap tool to read and write to the ecu on a Vauxhall Signum 1.9 Cdti 2006 ecu, im wanting to remap the car, does mpps read and write to the ecu?.

MPPS Genuine Will BDM100

I would use Bdm100 For this as Sometimes The Data Area can catch the block that's not used So I found BDM full Read u can make better mod
