Of course the limit is in Pump PSG electronics.Show me a car with more than 230bhp with stock nozzles and I'll believe you.
The only way to inject more is with bigeer nozzles.Top 10 fastest 2.5tdi are useing our nozzles and we have a 2.5tdi that is nearly 400bhp with stock pump and very big nozzles and turbo.The car runs with 3.0bar boost(4 bar absolute).We have videos with the old setup(340-350bhp).
This is the video on 2.5bar boost and smaller turbo.

I have the same shit here, with VP44 limited to 65 mg/stroke on bmw 320d 136 hp. I cant find bigger racing nozzles or at least some bigger nozzles from another car model.

On newer 2.5tdi with 1mb file there is ecu limitation of 50mg. Pump is limited but not at 50mg

Pump is limited of course,i tested 55-80mg tunes on 2004 a4 120kw stock to 55mg yes power gain 55mg up to what ever you will make,nothing wont come extra.

Log shows inj qty 80mg but pump wont allow that amount.

And then increase of this car fueling is only max 10 mg right ? :) Stock in torque limiters is around 42-45 as i know.

they are set up at 50mg/stroke.

now calculate if you get only 50mg at 4000rpm - how much power you can get ;) ,
assuming that you are not tricking the ECU with tweaking up the pump...

can you share the file im curious how the values look at such a file
