Lybra 1.9 105HP tuned SW and HW

Postby Libi » Fri Jul 11, 2014 12:57 pm

Hi,
This is my car.
I have project in 2 steps:
1) software tuned
2) modification boost

First step is done. I write mode for 85mg/w , but now is too small air and is smoke.
That injection can inject 100mg/w, I want 95, for that I change boost on my turbo.
Because there is GT1544HV I can only use MBC.

What I calculated :
I wont max torque from 2000-2500rpm.
There is turbo graph:LINK
I think boost on 2.25Bar.

Now calculated :
max torque rpm 2500
engine cap 1900cm3
air mass 1m3 1,2kg
efficiency 90%

from that I need air 13lbs/min.
Go back to diagram.

For 13lbs/min and boost 2.25 is turbo efficiency 72% - not bad, but that is means on graph 210000 ????

Is my thinking is correct ?

Hi mate i have the same motor with the same specs can you tell me on how to edit mine to achieve the same quantity injected by yours I'm injecting as much 70 mg because of injection durations don't have calculations beyond that
How do you did that it would be a great help for me

Is that ecu edc15? I think in that ecu value for iq is in mm3, not in mg. For 100mm3 IQ, 2250mbar boost pressure is to small. AFR of 18:1, or at last 17:1 if you whant to go smoke free. For that you need much higher boost from 2500mbar, and you must switch from mass to map, and change map sensor for some with high mesure... And i dont think that your turbo can handle higher boost from 2.4-2.5bar max

Hi mate can you please give an explanation on how to change this ecu to map driven has you said previously it's been a wile some more users and me looking for a sulotion to do that in a workable way I have tried a couple solutions but no luck hall solutions I tried limited me to 62mg I think according some other fellows that this ecu works on mg not mm3 but anyway we need your expertise it would be a great contribution to the forum

All stock parts but a little bit moded straight through exhaust in stock diameter ,stock turbo but with MBC to 1.5 b mechanical egr removed software too but that file is the stock one has you hasked SMF flywhell from TD 100 and that's it for modes

What I want is to switch off maf and make it run map based so it doesn't restric me in fuels I hask because my maf sensor is ruined

If you can explain how to do it I can try and do it myself
For my fun file or I can send you my fun file and save explaining at all

Thanks in advance for the time spend around this best regards
