Postby ntsoa » Wed Dec 10, 2014 11:57 am

1) You increased too much driver wish in low area, will increase fuel consumption and PD engines are pretty responsive with stock software.
2) Torque limiter is okay, but maybe you can go more, is too much difference between driver wish and torque, you will have all power at 80% pedal..well 80% or 100% will be the same thing, no difference.
I would go with 60 mg of fuel because duration maps are already extended for 60mg you dont need to touch them.
3) I saw that you copied a lot of maps from 131 hp version, i`m not sure that your turbo will go 2620 as you put svbl. Boost request and limiters are ok, but keep svbl to ~2500
4) You can block EGR, you must make logs for turbo to check boost spikes and open N75 if needed.
Is not a really bad tuning for a stage1 for could be more, put less boost svbl.

Thank you for your report,
Yes, I've seen in a tuto that I don't need 2620 of boost for a ratio of 18, it was my first tune and my principal objective was "no smoke" will fix that with my next tune.
after that will 60mg give high egt because i'm with FAP

a try at 160bhp. will this torque OK for my gearbox and clutch ? all are stock (I think it's too much for an ATD engine)
I haven't flashed this yet

Dont take in consideration edc suite graph, will not be real, there is not 160 hp.
If you want to keep that power, start it from 2500 lets say liniar 58, and keep arounc 55 from 1500 to 2250.
I saw 1.9 tdi AXR 101 hp with 250 hp power and 400+ torque, but starting from 2500 all power, and no problems.
You can move the torque line until 4500. 2500 - 4000 put liniar 59 value and 4200 - 4500 use 55-50

In fact, theory is theory, is useless to make tons of versions and dont test anyone. Write, test write test, hundred times until you feel it better.
