This is my firs tune.
Car: Xsara Picasso 2.0 HDI 90HP
Modications: added big IC, blinded EGR, no catcon, added MBC to set boost.
Boost set to 1,3bar in max, at rev 1,1 bar. oryginal 3k K03 turbo.
New organic clutch disk.

After rasing limiters boost goes to 1,4bar max,
Almost no smoke, i wanted to do smoke but it dont want to.

Is it safe ?

with 1.4 bar i would expect 160hp. do not boost more than this as the hot side on the turbo is small and the exhaust manifold pressure is really high and put strain on the lifters .
were do you see smoke is it after 3000rpm ?

My friend have a look(car owner) and he didnt see to much smoke but i dont know rpm.
Next time i use AFR and will see.

We want to do 130HP and stay in 315Nm or little less. I have read someware that in HDI 90 i can do 130HP with no boost rise.
Will You agree with that? Smoke is no problem for my friend, but of course if there is no smoke this is better.

130bhp with standard boost? expect LOTS of smoke ;-)

Yes, I know that there will be a lot of smoke. Thats why we rised boost. Can You tell me what do You think about this files?
