I'll made some modification on SOI & turbo maps...this is acceleration in 2nd gear from 20-100km/h...road is going a little uphill..

Maybe, but I don't want to go over 75mm^3 because clutch is slipping. I wasn't too fast with gear change and there was wet tarmac, also I shifted to late from 2nd to 3rd gear... at 5000 rpm and after 4500 IQ drops rapidly in TL to protect engine from me :)
The sound at high revs is just fantastic and I can't resist to rev it up and up...so I need protection from myself :))

So I think that with better shifting and road conditions this should go under 9 sec with this remap. But...I don't do drag race so it is not actually important to me :)

shifting @4-4500rpm, IQ 75-80mm3, boost 2,5bar, right soi, duration and railp, 8-8.5sek from 0 to 100km/h.

If you're happy with this setup, then there is no need for change anything. ;)

Hi all,

I am trying to tune my car (JTD 105).
I modified TL map and increased to 70mm3.
Modified smoke limiter map to allow 70mm3.
Modified IQ limited by coolant temp (7BC5E) Just first column (90 deg.C) -> 70mm3.

I wonder is there any other table limiting IQ. As I know there should be a map limiting IQ depending on fuel temp.
Can you give me the address, please ?

I thought 7C53C map is an IQ limiter. Then the car cuts of at high RPM. It turns out it is rail pressure pump duty cycle pre control map. Gave up the modifications on this map.

I found another map (couldn't remember the address). It was IQ temp correction. at -25deg.C it injects more fuel and at higher temps (+140) it reduces the fuel by 25-40 mm3. This map saved my ass long time ago!

7BC5E - this is likely to map the temperature of fuel and need to edit to 90С
Find More accelerator axis speed and axis 100%.
And at -25C card may start the motor.

@Deman: I think 7BC5E is a IQ limited by coolant temperature.

The X axis is starting from 90. Max value is 140.
Why should I modify the axis ?

Anyone know which are the remaining IQ limiting tables (fuel temp., air intake temp.) ?

Hi,
Im trying to tune the same engine, changed all fuel limiters but the car didn't improve so much over stock. I'm trying to inject 78mm3 but I probably missed some limiter. Can someone take a look on my topic? Its an alfa 147.

What am I missing?
