i would like to read my cars Renault scenic II 2004 1.9 dci ECU.
Can i do a full read over OBDII?
What hw/sw you would suggest, MPPS or Galletto or...?

You can only read Flash Ext by OBD.. So with this you can tune..

But if you would like to write your modded tune by OBD.. You are taking risks.

It's more safe to have a full reading by BDM.. Before injecting..

So a Galetto 54 is perfect. You can open your ecu, read by BDM, close ecu.
And read again by OBD then write your modded version.

If you brick your ECU, you will have a full reading by bdm to reinject to unbrick ecu..
