Guys i've made a few remaps, i was wondering if you could give some help to improve my map, I wanna reach 140hp and 300nm, my problem is my dual-flywheel... I dont wanna "hurt" my cluch and flywhell.. so this is my actual map with only 10% increased IQ... Thanks

One more thing, how can i know how much boost pressure i need to burn 55mg of fuel ? The estequiometric is 14,6 to 1 but the original map does not respect that estequiometric... thanks

To obtain maximum fuel for this engine and with this pump you can put 51 mg in driver wish , torque limiter from 2250 to 4000 and smoke limiter also.
Dont increase boost in all columns, just last column its fine, put it to 2250 mbar, and limiters to 2300, you will have enough air to burn 51 mg, which means for this engine around 130 maybe 135 hp.
Block EGR also by put 950 flat value in EGR map.
If you want a little more extra power you can add 10% in N146 voltage map to the last column from 2000 rpm.

I've done all this. One question, shouldn't i change some degrees on the start of injection map ? Thanks for the help

In the meantime i did another map with 1-2 increase angle on soi map, from 1700rpm on, and a few changes on torque, smoke, and driverswish. Waiting feedback, thanks a lot.

ON vagsuit dyno is giving me 142hp and 302 nm (original give me 107hp and 250nm)

VAG Suite numbers are fake.
Very good , map is good, make some tests and check for smoke and turbo spikes with vag com.
For safety you can add 10% (or 5 units values ) to last column of N75, to avoid overboost.

I did a few tests now and is smoking a little between 2500 and 4000.... maybe because 52mg inject... what can i do to improve this ? Thanks

Try to lower a bit values from smoke map or lower voltage map , i think you added 10% on voltage maop right? try with 5%, is too much fuel for that pressure, and 2250 is a safe limit.

too much fuel for that pressure or too much pressure for that fuel ? :D
