I don't know why galletto 1260 do bootmode for many ecus and chips bit no for peugeot edc15c2 29f400BT :(

Possible you wrong do boot mode. Right is:
Connect pin 24 29f400 to GND.
Power ON ECU.
After 3-5 sec disconnect pin 24 from GND.
Connect Galleto socket.
Start Galleto program.
Select AUDI.
In Driver go to bottom and find AUDI WV ME7.x.x 29f400BB PIN 24 FLASH A MASSA
Press ECU DATA button and check answer.
If you see "Boot mode inactive" you have Galleto USB driver trouble. Often this is conflict Galleto USB driver and drivers from other program for virtual USB COM port. Tray to uninstall all other USB COM drivers.
If you see EEPROM ident all OK.
First read flash few time and binary compare files for check connection stability. If OK - you can write.

mr. alex_sk is right, this should work.
If not than you really need programmer.

This worked for me.

I've been trying so many ways on peugeot 406 2.2HDi 133hp with EDC15C2 3 plug ECU and powering up ECU and grounding pin 24 from flash for 3 to 5 sec then running FGTech SW to ID and Read via selecting the car in question and it works
Even works with MPPS using the same method
Tried not using this method just to check it's veracity and if not following this procedure you get the errors No ECU Found.
So follow the instructions given on previous post by mr. alex_sk and you should be fine.

I have tryed to enter in boot mode on a bosch edc15c2 (1plug) but without success. I saw in many foruns this technic for a 29f400BB chip but never for a 29f400BT.

If it's not possible to enter in boot mode with the edc15c2 what tool can I use to read and write the file back.

All this process was made intentionally, cause I have here in stock 3 edc15c2 (1 plug) and I want to be preprared to an eventual ECU brick.

B.Regards.

is there anyway to remove the immo as i have a spare ecu but cant get it to work even with the transponder and chip

Yes. the trick is to make sure you are writing the correct file for your engine or upload your original BIN file and ask for help to IMMO.

By following the instructions on this threat it is easy to read/write in boot mode with MPPS if you get it wrong.

Hello everybody,

I've an Chrysler EDC15C2 briked.. The KWP2000 doesn't see the ECU.
I've trying the boot mode with no success...
I'm searching for a solution, but can't have access to the entire forum because I'm new in this forum...
I'm a Saab specialist, and Trionic (motorola CPU) is a very good system, more easy than Bosch system, It's my opinion... And BDm is implemented in Trionic... Apparently not in the EDC15C2.... So it is miserable...

Possible KWP2000 can't work in boot-mode. Tray MPPS or Galleto.
